Life is just too short & precious
to live with something that is so treatable.

Perimenopause, menopause, and postmenopause can be confusing and frustrating on their own, and now you're having bladder control problems.

But one thing you're definitely not confused about is that you refuse to accept living with embarrassing bladder control problems.

But you're not sure why this is happening or even where to begin to get back control of your bladder and life.

No worries.  We've got healthy bladder solutions for you.

Step 1 in Healthy Bladder Solutions for Women is the Foundations Program that helps guide you in your transformation.

IMAGINE ...

Being confident in social situations. Enjoying sexual intimacy. Becoming your best possible healthy self.

You don’t need to imagine anymore because you have the POWER to make this happen.

And your POWER to change comes first from understanding the pieces of the puzzle needed to regain and maintain a healthy bladder.

It's not you're fault that no one ever told you about these transitions in a woman's life.

If you've answered yes to any of the above,
then you're in the right place.

Bladder control problems are not something you just need to live with and are not a normal part of aging, childbirth, or of anything.

You don't need to accept this as part of your life.  And the earlier you start taking care of your bladder, the better your success in preventing, stopping, or properly managing common bladder control problems.

What will you learn in the foundations program?

The Foundations Program provides you with holistic-evidence-based information to help you better understand this transition time in a woman's life so you can make your best-informed decisions to take back control of your bladder and life.

Every week for 6 weeks, we'll meet on Zoom to review 1 of the 6 easy-to-understand program modules.

You'll also receive a workbook before each session that corresponds to each module.

And during our time together, you'll have the opportunity to ask questions.

Here are a few of the topics we'll cover:
